[] Standard Charted Marathon []

It was one of the biggest race events held in Singapore annually. The atmosphere there was great! So to all the young folks out there, if you guys are still laying around at home, come on down next year and have an experience of a life time!

Basically there are a few categories, 10km men and women, 21km open and the 42km Marathon open. I ran the 10km which I clocked in with a time of 54.11 mins. For me, it was a great achievement considering i didn't have any training prior to the run. However, I happen to meet many of my friends who were running the halk marathon and I was thinking to myself, "waht the hell am I still doing at the 10km run?!" So for next year, I will be running the 21km run! and my time to beat, 2hr flat!

My girlfriend's family also ran that day too, and it was like a family tally match, aunty A would tell her son, "better run faster ya!," while Aunty B qoul also tell her son the same thing. What's wrong with you guys man?! wahaha, they are still kids?!

My girlfriend ran the 10km women and clocked in with a time of 1hr 20mins. And I must say i was rather impress! Considering she was from choir in our secondary school, that was a kickass timing!

Alright I ma kinda sick of studying for Business law. I think i will flung this subject and there goes my 3.75 GPA. Anyway, it's just the first month and i might not be very confident abt what i am gg to say about poly. Basically poly is a hell of a slacking place, thou my course is kinda fill with stressful peeps. Now to share a bit more on how does a normal poly day goes for me.

- Drag myself out of bed because had a last night sleep.
- run for the stupid 74 bus which never fails to be full
- stand in a sardine pack bus for 45 mins on a good day to reach school
- struggle to class as i am always late
- try to pretend to look super enthusiastic during tutorial just to earn participation marks
- scan card for lecture and on the laptop (play game)
- nvr fail to be msn online for the entire time in school
- 5pm, wait for girlfriend and head for dinner
- after dinner, head home and wash up and get ready to sleep
- on the bed, can't sleep so on the com and play games.
- repeat the day.

I feel that ngee ann poly this year, has disappointed me. i have always heard that ngee ann poly has loads of huncks and babes but then, it's more then meets it eyes. when u are here, it's so different, maybe on a good day, you can see 3-5 on a bad day, none! I am really luck to have a gf from my secondary school! Projects in poly are never ending too! thinking abt gg out on a week end to have fun, wahaha scrap the idea because you have project work!

[] Back to school- First week in Ngee Ann Poly []

O well, School has started again, nothing much different from JC just that they teach super slow in poly as compared to JC. i still remembered my econs lesson in JC, didn't have the time to talk to my friends as all of us were busy copying and taking down notes. as for poly, i still have the time to chat online, talk to my friends and sometime even day dream!!

The journy to school is a killer, 45 mins for a non-jammed hours, off-peak hours the call it. And about an hour for peak hours. Yup, the best part of it is that, i got to stand! crazy shit man, can you imagine carrying laptop and standing in a shakey bus half a sleep? Yup, school is tiring and lecture is sleepy, so many things but too little time. SHIT!!! wahaha.

Well we can only hope for things to get better~

[] Food For Thoughts []

Have you ever had a trouble of asking partner out with your friends whom they are not close to or just find it hard to or never communicate with?

How would they react to it?

Well most of the time, the female partner would say that she would rather not go as because they don't know the guy's friends well enough and they would feel awkward. If you think, they are really smart creatures, never want to get involved and sure avoid the problems. What problems? You will soon find out.

And for the male partners, they would most probably make it for the occasion as most of the time, is either they are there for the partner and not for the occasion or the other way round. I have tried it before and i tell you what. The feeling SUCKS! It's like you would feel so transparent there and the worst thing is, your female partner does not really pull you into the conversation or what they usually call the "common topic." Furthermore, some partners might not want to do anything with you for example not even taking A picture(_) with you, "cause, the occasion is not about us"... *Right.* If you think That's all, Gosh, you don't know what would kill you next. After you have finally survive the occasion, the after effect would kill you. You would feel that are had been the stupid-est person on earth. Alright imagine this, you are doing your work and your computer crashed and you would wanna slap yourself for not saving the work. Yup, that feeling. Solutions? Well, it varies from person to person, depending on your character. If you are those who can shut off and turn such humiliation, hey, by all means, continue... you are doing just fine. Another option, for the faint-hearted like me, either you come up with a very believable EXCUSE not to go or the worst Case scenario, get yourself into it, and find your way out of there. Most importantly, just bare with the after effect and sooner, you would get the better of it.

Alright alright, i know i am late but at least here's this post~
Hmmm... I don't really know how to start off as there's so many things I want to say to you but don't know to put it down in words.

Dear mum,

Both of us crossed paths when we were posted to Deyi secondary school and Xin Ru was officially my first female friend there! Well, our sitting arrangement were changed at the first day of school and we happen to sit together.
My first impression of her was, "O man, Chinese girl, jia lat, dunno how to talk to her man, hopefully she dun speak Chinese!" Back then before she joined band,she was still rather fair and a little plum.
It took sometime for us to start talking as Xin Ru was ever so busy filling up the pages of our student's diary with her primary school's classmates birthdays. We started talking only when She was bored of writing and started to get out of her comfort zone! Since we had started talking, I faced another problem, as all of you should know, I have very bad memory especially for Chinese names and i kanda took about a week or two just to get her name right!
Sec one was the high time of our friendship. We, Xin ru, Jui hisn, Glande and me, practically joked the whole day non-stop and we would at least giggle every five minutes. Xin ru also had the special ability to read my mind and knows how i am feeling which i must say it's very freaky but once u are used to it, you will feel normal!! she was always there to nag at me, bug me for thins and there's once, because a was an "Ang Mo kia", they would not talk to me in English during Chinese lessons! And from then, Xin ru tried teaching me Chinese songs and here i am today, hooked on to K-box!
Once we were in sec 2, sadly, our siting plans= changes and we weren't sitting together anymore. however, she was still and always there for me when i am down especially with relationship prob. there was once, after a fell out of a relationship, she still accompanied me to study and tried to console me!
we finally met and sat rather near during sec 4. the whole gang of us would live in our own world playing our own stupid games and stuff. All of us mugg together for the o levels and tried helping each other along the way.

So to my dearest friend and mother, from the bottom of my heart i would like to THANK YOU for all the four years you have journed and changed my life one way or another. Really grateful that i have a friend like you, and without you, my life in Deyi would not be the same!

I know this is a very late post but i got to post wad i got to post!

Chia Hao was my classmate, good friend, basketball team mate, sex king and loads more. We met just four years ago but this four years were not wasted. I really wanna thank Chia Hao as he was one of them who introduced the baskrtball sport to me during sec 1. And from them, i really learnt what it really meant of teamwork! For all the four years we had played bakset ball both in competition and for leasuire, i will never forget the times. As all the 208 buddies, boys espically, should know that Chia hao was the sex king, and although it was i little sick in the head it was he who brought joy to the class and without him, there would not be "coming back to class late after recess" and having to face sa lim after that. After we went to different classes in sec 3, our friendship was still strong, many a times i still have a few serious talk with him and i like to thank him for sharing with me as well. Even thou we might not get to meet so often now i fell that we still treasure the friendship that we forge and the times we had in our secondary school life.

Went to the Zoo yesterday. Thank God it didn't rain as it has been for the past few days and even today! it's entrance fee was $16.50! Well, went my girlfriend, Fiona, and we kinda tried our best to make our money worth. we practically walked from about 11am all the way to 5.30pm in the Zoo, trying our best to see all the animals they have in the zoo, some animals are not so sporting I must say. they just lase around epically those animals which you usually see hunting in the Africa plains. I must say it's a rather interesting day and a tiring one too, but nevertheless I had a great time as well as a superb company. The highlight of the day i must say was not the animals but there was this two boy, named Sean and Bryan! At first the mum was calling Sean... so i made a joke out of it and said, "o I'm here" but we were shocked when the mum said "let's go, sean and bryan!" haha! right, rather interesting to me!

this was a picture taken at the entrance of the zoo! it's a rip off! if it's not the picture of her in it, i would not have bought it, well it cost $18! man, till now i still don't even know why i paid for it, at least it's worth it! right?

Benson, Mervyn, Wee kok, wen lue and me went to catch the fireworks display last Friday at marina bay's floating stadium. i must say it's really nice. very unexpected and so much better than the one shown on national day. it's really up close. and there was one where it just flew just above our heads! there's some with heart display too!

right after the firewroks display we rushed down to lido to catch rush hour 3. and there are some of the pictures we took. kinda blur but it's abstract.

It's was below my expectations. well. i find that the show was a little too long or maybe not captivating enough as i was bored of the show halfway. the story line was very complicating. yup. so if you have not caught the first and the second pirates, do not think about watch the third. i still think that the second one is still the best.

Youth Avenue camp! wahaha! it was held at republic poly and it was a camp where people from different schools, poly, ITE and JC students to gather and to interact and to breakdown the stereotyping mind set in Singapore now! the camp was super good! maybe it's a different level of education and the people are generally more interactive! it's very good and i hope all you people out there, if there is a youth avenue camp next year, i strongly encourage you guys to go!

folks! i am back! hmm... i didn't know why did i post this but, well i got to thank hwee en and jia yun for doing this up for me. it's actually a mind map abt me, wasn't really detailed but there's stuff some effort la. wahaha! thanx guys, by the way, we did this in miss chew's class. man i hate her these days! so against me today!... why? "coz i am a student leader and should behave myself!" dammit!

i also had a new art work done on my table. you should chack it out! it's nice! actually i gotten the idea from my mum, xin ru. i was so amazed because it's so round and all. wahaha! so i decided to try and i must say it turned out much better then i expected as i am a lousy and a bad artist!

I happen to catch this show the other days with some friends of mine and it's so outstanding that i am here and bother to even waste time to blog about it. it is one of the perfect show to bring your love ones along, (unfortunately i didn't have any).

i got to say that the songs were very good especially "way back into love" and "don't write me off" these two songs are superb! the story line wasn't that bad, maybe i am the more emotional guys and it's rather touching too. the storyline i must say is kinda predictable but it's worth paying 7.50 for it, nothing more... and out of 5 stars i would give it 4! so go catch it folks before it's too late!

Thanks to Lynette for the belated birthday treat!

yesterday, after cat class, Joel, Mel, Isabel and i, met Lynette at amk hub for lunch. we then decided to dine at New york New york. we had hell of a great time there, talking loads of crap, having good fellowship and just catching up with our busy lives! we took pictures of our food and i assure, it taste just as mouth watering as it looks! yeah! we later tour around amk hub as we just found out that level one is open! wahaha! later, we went to Joel's place as it's pouring and his house was the nearest to amk hub. we had a few game of mahjong and Joel, who just learnt mahjong that day was totally addicted now! man! it's sure addictive! wahaha, home sweet home for me then!

[] Chin Gay Parade 2007 []

Last night, i went to catch the ching gay parade, and it was definitaly a power packed one! one of my friend, jui hsin was performing and we all went down to support him. i must say that alothugh it was very boring sitting down there but i guess it's worth the time i guess... whats more interesting is the activities which happened after the parade! we played some post- parade games.

following that, rainer, stanly, tuck wai, michelle, hui hui and me went for pool at cuppage. we started about 11 and played till about 12.30! wahaha. it's was fun! really fun as i was winning quite abit also! wahaha! after we had finished pooling, we were finding for ways home and we managed to catch the last bus 14 all the way to toa pah yo. and we have our supepr there. it was a rather funny supper because we first went to cheers then to seven- eleven, then to the coffee shop, back to the seven-eleven and then to cheers again. and at every stop, we bought some thing to eat! we sure look like a bunch of hungry ghost! wahaha!

at last at about 1.45, we took a cab home, rainer and stanly took 1 by themselves and tuck wai , michelle, hui hui and me shared a cab back. i reached home at about 2am plus and it's the first time my mum did not say anything! wahaha! well then, i will stop here for now! bye!

Today, out group met up for a last minute project work! we were suppose to pass up tomorrow so we came down and do. we went to Ang Mo Kio macs and did the project. we had loads of food and we had cam-war! and we took a hell lot of picutres. well it may seems little but we were only there for a while and we did our work *hint hint, that's why no time for picture taking* after the meeting, we went to NTUC for a walk and went back home.

Had SL investiture rehearsal today after school and it's kind of fun but it's not that fun... *don't know wad i am talking about. * Immediately after that, i rushed home and washed up and rushed to georgina's place.

When i reached her place, they "surprised" me with a pre birthday celebration and on the other hand, they also had a post celebration for nicole's birthday which falls on the 8th of February. it cake was special as it was baked by them that morning! i was so taken a back as it was the first time in my life someone, other then my mum, has baked a cake for me! thanks guys! it was suppose to be a brownie cake but it's was a little too hard and really too sweet! we talk while we ate and we shared about our life these past few weeks.

We left her house at around 2.30 and we headed for sumo house and had our lunch. after lunch, we head down to Plaza Singapura for a chat at TCC. we cracked loads of jokes, funny ones and the not so funny ones. and we found out that georgina was "slow" and melanie was slower! Wahaha. no offence though!

I and Joel went for pool after that at Paradize centre where i won him 4-2. haha. woops! and we went our separate ways after that!

Guys, i really had a great time today! thanks for baking me a cake as it's really so nice of you guys to take time off just to organise this! Owe all of you guys something now! wahaha!

[] Valentines Day []

WOOT! my my my! yesterday was the one was the best days of my life! it's because it's valentines day! now let me share how my day went...

First up, i woke up late! then i went like, "Man, it the first day in the morning and it didn't start right!" then i rushed to school and everyone was so lovely! everyone was just going around and wishing everyone Happy Valentines! and i received loads of presents too, well it's only chocolates. my day in school was not the usual me. me and my partner, nichloas was super high that morning. we were like standing and laughing the whole day! during recess, i took a bath in school and during that "process" i dirtied my shirt! i was frantic at that moment! i didn't know what to do and all! all i could think of was that i was going to go out with my dirty shirt. but, nick, came up with a smart idea and offered to change tops later so problem solved!

After school, i was nervous as well as excited! i waited for my valentine (she would not like to reveal her name) at the foyer and we went off on our *date* Well it's not exactly a date as we are NOT TOGETHER!!!!!! we first went to Novena and i didn't know why she wanted to go there but since i was too happy to bother, i just followed her. she said her want to "get" her stuff so she asked me to wait at a deserted area. she went off to get her stuff and i like a small innocent kid sitting at the steps for my mummy. at last she came back and she brought me an ANDERSON 'S DENMARK heart-shaped cake and she said that it was my dinner!!! wahaha. i was so touched by her gesture as it's so expensive, maybe even too expensive for her to buy! and so we sat together to eat the cake. there we started talking and talking and she told her how she actually wanted to get the cake to me in the morning! but the cake melted so she bought another cake for me yesterday! i was very shocked and i ate the cake as if i was eating gold! wahaha!

After finishing up the cake, we trained down to habour front a s we wanted to go sentosa to watch the sun set the other day. once we reached habour front, we were rather lost as we didn't know how to take the train to sentosa and so we wondered around vivo city and we were like two dumbo tourist la! anyway in the end we found the sentosa express and we took a train down to sentosa. it cost 3 dollars for the thicket. we dropped off at "imbia" station (not sure if it is correctly spelled) and we wondered around sentosa and we took a blue line service to siloso beach and we sat there and chat and watch the sun set. i really enjoyed the chat as it's the first time i was actually chatting with her after such a long time~ the sun set wasn't very nice as it was rather cloudy that day.

We left sentosa at about 6.45pm and she followed me back to ang mo kio hub to collect jeans and then after a send her back home!

Man i got to tell you, i was super grateful just to spend time with her as it's a rare to have such a chance like this! it's was indeed one of the best times in my life. and hope she felt the same way too.

[] Inter School North Zone Basketball Championships! []

The Inter School North Zone Basketball Championships has started and I am here to tell u guys all about it! My school, Deyi, played against five schools in round 1. The five schools are, Serangoon Gardens, Holy Innocent High, Riveside, Zhong Zhen yishun and North Vista.

Sorry guys, no heading. Guess life is rather boring for me these few day. It has been quite some time since I have blog so, as I have nothing to do and I am rotting away, I have just thought of posting.

Life in secondary 4 is still going fine for me. But the peeps around me are the ones pressuring me and stressing me out. wahaha! dammit! But so far so good. Nothing much happened I guess and I kinda hate school nowadays, with freaking much posers now those people who just want to get "in". Generally would be the secondary 2 and 3s!.

The north zone basketball tournment has started and we lost to SGS the previous match. No comments about the match I guess. Hopefully we could make it in the next round!

A little girl was talking to her teacher about whales.
The teacher said it was physically impossible for a whale to swallow a human because even though it was a very large mammal its throat was very small.
The little girl stated that Jonah was swallowed by a whale.
Irritated, the teacher reiterated that a whale could not swallow a human; it was physically impossible.

A Kindergarten teacher was observing her classroom of children while they were drawing. She would occasionally walk around to see each child's work.
As she got to one little girl who was working diligently, she asked what the drawing was.
The girl replied, "I'm drawing God."
The teacher paused and said, "But no one knows what God looks like."
Without missing a beat, or looking up from her drawing, the girl replied, "They will in a minute."

A little fellow shouted,

First Of All. i would like to wish all you peeps out there a very
HAPPY NEW YEAR 2007!

A new year means a new start! So don't be afraid to try out new things in life and to reach for greater heights!

Just woke up from my sleep as i came home at only 8am this morning! Went for thanks giving mass last night at 10.30pm and had our very own CTK count down too! Had really loads of fun there bursting balloons and going around wishing people! as compared to last year, we actually had D&D at Suntec! wahaha! After mass, we have some light refreshments and all of us were,again, taking photos after photos! We then went to Addison's place to hang over! Aaron poon fetch me there together with butter and his brother, terence.

Reached Addison's place at around 1 plus and we watch shows and played pictionary! It was one hell of a fun game! We all looked rather desperate at times when we can't guess the picture. We then watch "The Devil Wears Prada." It's a powerpack show i must say. i know it's a little late to watch it as the show was out so long ago. After the show the time check was 6.30am! i actually survived the whole night without sleeping. Unbelievable!

We made our way to macs later. Matt, Ben and me took bus while the rest was fetched by Aaron and hil. We thought they would wait for us there before we start eating but it was the opposite when we got there la! However, breakfast was still nice and we talked about loads of nonsense too! We then went home at about 8am.
